All deliveries are made to the kerbside.
Deliveries are made using a tail-lift and pallet truck - NOT a hiab crane.
If the customer is away and un-contactable, the courier will attempt to leave the item in a suitable place. H Thomson & Son Ltd is NOT responsible for goods left at your property after delivery.
Access has to be suitable for a vehicle with tail-lift. The customer must ensure that the delivery vehicle can easily access the point of delivery. The pallet trucks used cannot operate on surfaces such as gravel or grass and due to the weight the delivery area should be as flat as possible to avoid any issues with delivery. If the courier cannot make the delivery for any of the reasons stated above, it will be returned to the depot and will either be re-delivered on another day or returned to ourselves. This will incur a re-delivery charge of £35.00 or a returns fee.
Goods must be inspected before signing. Any damages to the product must be highlighted on the delivery note and given back to the driver.
H Thomson & Son Ltd will not accept any liability for damages to property caused during delivery.
The customer is responsible for the disposal of any pallets and bulk bags after use.

After receiving the product we offer a 14 working day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required by the buyer.
This is only applicable if our product has not been used in anyway.
The buyer also agrees to pay the return postage which can vary depending on postcode.
