1-8 regular-sized cards: $1.32 with eBay PWE.

9+ regular-sized cards: $5.50 with USPS Ground Advantage.

Cards valued at more than $20 must be shipped with USPS Ground Advantage.

eBay does not allow invoices for variations of the same listing, so I will refund extra shipping costs after shipment.
