We normally use USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail and Priority Mail. However, we will at times use Fedex or UPS. (All shipments to PO Boxes & Military addresses will be by USPS only.)

The carrier is based on package size, weight, value, and destination. At this time, we do not accept requests for a specific carrier. It will be determined by the warehouse at the time of shipment.

Shipments over $700 will require a signature. Shipments valued $100-$699 may be sent signature required based on the order characteristics.

"Ship Time" is the time the carrier takes to deliver your order. It does not include the time we take to process your order.

All orders normally ship out within 0 to 2 business days. (Most 1-day and 2-day shipments will be shipped SAME DAY if received before 12pm EST).

For International Shipments: Taxes, including import fees, duties, customs fees and/or any import charges, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For US Shipments: Sales Taxes will be added in most states.

Standard Delivery = 0-1 business days processing plus 1-6 business days delivery   Total: 1-7 business days

Expedited Delivery= 0-1 business days processing plus 1-3 business days delivery  Total: 1-5 business days

2-Day Delivery       = 0-1 business days processing plus 1-2 business days delivery   Total: 1-3 business days

Items may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days after the order date. There is a 15% restocking fee. S/H is non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 2-3 business days after delivery back to our returns department.
