⚜ Made from a substantial, thicker pure wool, the set consists of a blazer / jacket and a pair of trousers. The wool is nicely structured and quite weight-y with medium drape - Definite spring / autumn fabric. Dark, deep and vivid blue.
Very sharply cut to achieve a slightly exaggerated silhouette & with very wide lapels, the single breasted, two button blazer features one chest and two flap pockets & two inside/lining pockets. Padded shoulders. Fully canvased, fully lined with a silky fabric. Two very long side-vents.
Pants are surprisingly narrow for the time period & they fit straight with very discreet taper. Two hand-warmers & one back pocket. Minimally hemmed thus very long. ⚜
CONDITION
⚜ The suit belongs to me personally and it is in a very good condition with no signs of wear and use, other than faint creases in the fabric, where you would expect them to appear.
No issues of any sort, inside or out. Perfectly clean. ⚜
I am not a reseller of musty basement finds - This suit belongs to me personally & I have been its second owner for several years & I specifically searched for a heavy, warm, woolen suit that I can wear all winter and finally discard all the PVC from my wardrobe thus can guarantee for every aspect of this fantastic piece.
