Vibrations on the wrist can alert the wearer without disturbing others, with up to 8 alarms and an hourly repeat alarm option (for example - a repeat alarm for reminders to empty bladder or keep hydrated). The watch also has an auto repeat countdown timer for preset intervals, eg. medication every 4 hours. The audible alarm or vibrate can be set depending on your needs. Please note there is no text reminder on the display; just the audible/vibrating alerts.

Length the alarm vibrates/sounds for the 8 preset alarms – sound for 30 seconds or vibrations for 20 seconds with automatic shut off at the end of that time. The alarm can also be stopped manually by pushing button 1.
The Countdown timer with auto repeat:
This is for ongoing pre-set intervals, and automatically repeats each time countdown reaches zero (when set for repeat). examples:
The watch beeps (2 beeps per second) in a countdown for 10 seconds before the end of the interval, then the alarm sounds for 30 seconds before it automatically resets itself to count down again. Pause the countdown timer when a reminder is not needed (press UP button), and restart it without having to set the interval again.
Counts down in hours, minutes and seconds - up to 23 hours and 59 minutes, 59 seconds. Minimum interval 1 minute.
