    INSTRUCTIONS:

    TO TIGHTEN:
    Hook one end, extend the strap to the desired length, and secure the second end. Press the red button to remove any slack. Press the red button again while lifting the lever to the ratcheting position. Perform several quick ratchets to tighten.

    TO RELEASE:
    To release, press the red lever and move the lever to the lowest position. Pull the strap towards you to loosen it, then unhook.

    TO STORE:
    To store, press the red button and the entire strap will retract into its housing.
