Module Working Principle:
- Pull the Trig Pin to High Level for More Than 10us Impulse and the Module Start Ranging.
- The Module Sends Eight 40KHz Square Wave to Detect Whether a Signal is Returned Automatically.
- Finished Ranging, If Find an Object in the Front, Echo Pin will be High Level; Different Distance, Different Duration of High Level.
- So It is Easy to Calculate the Distance; The Distance = (Duration of High Level*Sonic: 340m/s) /2.
Pay Attention:
- 1. Before Powered,HC-SR04 Sensor Module Should be Inserted in the Circuit to Avoid Producing High Level of Misoperate; if Misoperated ,Power the Module Again.
- 2. HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Distance Sensor is NOT Suggested to Connect to Electric Directly, When Connected to Electric, the GND Terminal Should be Connected w/ Sensor Module, Otherwise,it will Affect the Module’s Normal Work.
- 3. When Tested Objects, the Area Range Should More than 0.5 Square Meters and the Plane Requests Smoothly; Otherwise,it will Affect the Results of Measuring.
