This is the newest version. It offers a rolled edge to hide wires from animals and a more efficient low profile switch. This unit works best for stock tanks from 500-800 gallons.


The Water MOOver keeps water flowing around the perimeter of your tank, preventing ice build-up and keeping water available to your livestock during harsh winter months. Circulating water is 95% cheaper than heating methods used to keep water above freezing temperatures. A thermostatically controlled switch will turn the unit on when the air temperature drops to 35° and turn the unit off when the temperature rises above 45°. This automatic function saves on electrical drawdown of the battery and also extends the lifetime of the unit.


All models models are designed to work off 12V battery supply. We recommend a lithium deep cycle marine battery. Solar or 110AC options are available.


The Water Moover can also be used in a warm environment to keep water moving to prevent or minimize algae buildup. Simple installation-


Simply hook the Water Moover on the side of the tank, positioned with the top of the pump just below the surface of the water and power it up with a fully-charged 12V battery (or solar or AC option). Water MOOver’s low power requirements allow it to run 24-60 hours* off a single charge in below-freezing weather. I can sell you a solar turnkey kit for those that do not have power at their tank.

How does Water MOOver work?

Water MOOver is a small equipment slightly bigger than a car battery.

Water MOOver must be placed inside the water tank. It comes with a support to keep it hung on the tank wall, submerged in water (see the picture).

In order to keep it protected from the animals, we recomend that the product be fenced off (not included).
Water MOOver doesn't come with a power source, so it needs to be connected to a power source (battery or outlet).

ATTENTION: a Deep Cycle Marine Battery is the correct battery required for Water MOOver to properly function. As with any battery, the Deep Cycle Marine battery must be charged frequently.

Does WaterMOOver work with battery or do I need an outlet
\WaterMOOver can work either with battery or an outlet.
It convveniently comes with battery connections for the best operation, so it can work in a remote location, but also can be converted to work with a power outlet.

In order for WaterMOOver working with your available power outlet, an AC/DC converter is available for purchase in our store.

ATTENTION: a Deep Cycle Marine Battery is the correct battery required for Water MOOver to properly function. As with any battery, the Deep Cycle Marine battery must be charged frequently.
The use of a solar panel connected to your Deep Cycle Marine battery is highly recommended, I can custom build a solar system based on your requirements just message me.

In order to have your Water MOOver working at it's best potential, we recommend:

A Deep Cycle Marine Battery or an outlet
This battery is the only one that will keep your Water MOOver working under severe weather conditions - as low as -20°F.

ATTENTION: as any battery, the battery Deep Cycle Marine must be charged frequently.

A fenced off unit
Both Water MOOver equipment and battery / power source must be fenced off for keeping animals away from destroying the unit.

What temperature does WaterMoover work to keep my stock tank from freezing?

WaterMOOver will keep water in your stock tank from freezing down to a temperature of -20F. At -20F, physics takes over and water will become slushy and eventually freeze. We recommend using WaterMOOver in combination with a water heater during these extreme temperatures.

Why should I choose WaterMOOver instead a conventional water tank heater?

Water MOOver is 95% less expensive than heating a water tank! A 12 volt system works in any pasture, no matter how far from power.

Water MOOver keeps the water thawed where the animals need it (along the perimeter of the stock tank), instead only next to the heater.

Which kind of WaterMOOver do I need for my water tank?

Water MOOver comes in different sizes:

T-500
For tanks up to 500 gallons.

T-800
For tanks from 500 to 800 gallons.

T-1200
For tanks over 800 gallons.

However, we recommend T-1200 for all tank sizes if you are using a power outlet.
