All Admiralty charts are printed to order and are correct at the time of printing. As these cannot be restocked, we're unable to accept returns unless faulty. Please double-check chart numbers and coverage areas before ordering.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 working days to your original payment method. For exchanges, simply return the item and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange collection at our expense and send a replacement or full refund.
