Adorable ruffle shorts from Eleanor Rose’s Bandana Breeze line. I purchased this new from the company and it was only worn by my own kids, now teens. From a smoke-free, one dog home. Always washed in cold water and hung dry. No stains, but does show some wash wear/fading, as was typical of this line (we owned several pieces from it). Measurements are shown in the photos.
