Mount the gauge, level it, and pull readings off the same face you set up on. The ASCCKG turns the home garage into the alignment bay, so the next time the steering pulls or the tires wear off, you're not booking a shop visit. Just the gauge, your wheel clamp, and the turn plates you already own.
This listing includes the ASCCKG gauge only. The wheel clamp, turn plates, and ramps shown in some images are part of the AutoSolo alignment system. They are sold separately and are not included in this purchase.
See how the gauge captures camber, caster, and kingpin from one mount.
Measures camber, caster, and kingpin inclination from the same mounted face plate. No swapping tools, no recalibrating between angles when you work the wheel through its sweep.
Camber reads off a fixed graduation, so the baseline holds across runs. No dialing in before each wheel, no drift between front and rear, no recalibration between vehicles.
Zero the caster vial after the 20° outward sweep, then read at 20° inward. The adjustable scale handles real-world steering travel across cars, trucks, and vintage rigs.
Reads steering axis inclination on the same reference plane as camber and caster. Captures kingpin inclination alongside the other two angles for a complete alignment picture in one mount.
Caster and KPI each get their own zeroing knob. Set the baseline, sweep through, and read. The caster reading multiplied by 1.46 is the caster angle. Camber stays fixed and unaffected by the zero adjustments.
Spring-loaded locator pin drops into the AutoSolo wheel clamp adapter while the magnetic base holds the gauge flat. Repeatable seating from wheel to wheel, side to side.
The ASCCKG drops into the same workflow as the rest of the AutoSolo lineup. Mount it to an AutoSolo wheel clamp, run your sweeps on ASWG004 turn plates, and roll the vehicle with ASRP004 ramps. One garage, one system, one tool kit.
Five steps from setup to final reading. Same mount, same reference, every wheel.
Attach to the wheel clamp adapter or any flat surface parallel to the hub. Center Torpedo Level D.
With the gauge level, read camber directly from Torpedo Level A. Vertical tilt from true vertical.
Steer the wheel 20° out on the turn plates. Re-level. Zero the caster knob to set baseline.
Turn 40° back to 20° inward. Re-level. Read the swing on Vial B, then multiply by 1.46 for Caster.
Same 20° out, zero, 20° in, but read from the KPI vial. Use Left or Right indicator per side.

Both gauges read on AutoSolo wheel clamps. Pick the workflow that fits your bay.
