Shipping & Handling: 

• Our Items are shipped/mailed internationally from Kuwait.

Handling Time: 

• The Handling Time is the number of business days the seller will take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment. A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller's account.
• Always check the handling time for our items. Our Handling time varies and ranges from 3 to 10 business days before we deliver the shipment to the Post Office/Shipping Company.

Shipping/Mailing Options: We ship internationally from Kuwait and since (we no longer ship via Local post offices), Now we only deal with the Best Private Shipping Companies for worry free, faster and reliable delivery. 

• Standard International Shipping/Mailing via one of these private shipping companies (SKYNET via FEDEX / DHL / TNT/ Posta Plus / Aramex):
• Duration: Usually takes 4 to 14 business days depending on your location. International shipments are subject to customs where charges and additional delays may occur.
• Tracking: Yes - This shipping option has an online tracking service.
• We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses with this shipping option. Important: The Buyer's address should be a residential or business address. The Buyer's address should be complete and correct. Shipments that does not contain valid address details may incur additional delays in delivery & Surcharges for Address Correction.

• If your country is on our restricted countries list and we do not ship to you, please do not buy or bid before contacting us. If you bid or buy and your country is in our excluded list then we will cancel your transaction. 
• If your shipping address in one of the Excluded countries you could ask us to let you know the possibility for shipping to your location.
• A phone number is required to contact the receiver in case of customs or delivery issues, So DO NOT buy or bid if you are not willing to provide a phone number where you can receive calls and messages from customs and shipping companies.

International Shipping & Customs: 

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
• Customs: Items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value. Sellers set the item's declared value and must comply with customs declaration laws. 
• Prohibited & restricted items: Purchased items are the responsibility of the buyer so make sure that the item you purchase is allowed in your country. If this item is considered forbidden or prohibited in your country by your customs or border control and it would not be allowed in your country then the return fees will be the responsibility of the buyer and would be paid by the buyer or deducted from the buyers payment before issuing a refund. If your shipment gets confiscated by your customs and would not be returned to us then we will not be able to issue any refunds. So please make sure that this item is allowed in your country before purchasing.
• Delays from customs inspection are not within seller's control. Often times they hold packages to collect their customs fees.
• Import duties and taxes which buyers must pay. Sometimes the customs hold packages to collect their customs fees, if the item's value is over the threshold, then your item will not be directly delivered to you, you will have to pick it up and pay customs fees. 
• Item declared value for import duties & taxes: We ship internationally and do not know what are the import fees, taxes, and duties for each country. These import charges are the buyers responsibility and they are not part of the shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to find out what these charges of duties and Taxes would be before bidding or buying.
• We will not declare any package as a "Gift" and we will declare the exact selling price on the customs documents as required by law. Some buyers complain about declared value on the shipping labels and ask to manipulate the invoice when shipped so they could avoid import taxes and duty fees. Please do not ask us to manipulate the invoice.
• When a buyer refuse to accept or receive their shipment because they do not want to pay import duties & taxes of their country the item will be sent back to us and we (The Sellers) will be charged for the return. The shipping return fees should be covered by the buyer, either by sending us this payment through paypal or if the item's value has enough to cover these return fees then we will deducted these return fees from the item’s price before issuing a refund.  Also note that the original shipping to the buyer fees will not be refunded. Partial refunds would be processed after we receive the item. Please do not buy if you think that you can avoid paying import and custom fees for your country. And do not ask us to manipulate the invoice. if you have a problem with this then please do not buy/bid.
• Brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery so these fees are not part of the shipping fees and are the buyers responsibility. 
• Taxes: We as International sellers in Kuwait do not charge any Taxes and do not receive any taxes from buyers. To this day we do not have Tax or Vat in Kuwait. When you get charged Taxes it is because eBay takes it and gives it to your government directly and we (The seller) do not collect it. When the seller refunds the buyer, eBay will credit the buyers these Taxes since the Seller did not collect it in the first place.
• The seller is not responsible for the service transit time. Shipping times may vary, specially during peak periods.
• Items of certain value will be shipped 'signature required.' This policy exists to protect our customers due to the increase risk of fraud in the electronics industry and other valuable items. If you do not want your item shipped 'signature required' you must contact us directly. 
• If you choose International Economy Shipping, this method is not trackable and can take up to 60 days for delivery in some countries. For faster delivery times, please select Standard International Shipping.
  
• Due to recent changes in International Shipping regulations, we can no longer ship lithium ion batteries to our international customers. This would include any item operated by batteries or any batteries sold on their own. We apologize for any inconvenience, however, we must abide by these regulations.

Combined S&H:

• If you are purchasing more than one item ask us for a shipping quotation before bidding or buying and we will send you a quotation for total S&H rates. 
• For Combined shipping to apply, all auctions better be paid at the same time with a combined invoice. After purchasing or winning our auctions wait for us to send you an invoice with the correct discounted shipping.
