If the item has a security tag with unique serial number on it, that tag must not be removed or tampered with. The original box or package including the packing materials, paperwork, tags on clothing etc., must all be returned back to us. All items must be returned in exact condition as sold to you, or we will not be able to process a return. 
If a garment has a tamprproof tag in place, this tag must be in place on the item and not tampered with.

If you are returning an article of clothing or fabrics they must be unaltered, not washed or laundered with original tags attached. Unused, unworn.
If it is a boxed item, it must arrive in original box, not used, with all supporting materials and parts included, this includes attached tags, any extra items that pertain to the item, instruction manuels etc.
