We specialise in one off special purchase buys, end of lines and discontinued lines, products are listed daily so make sure you come and visit us on regular basis! As an exclusive we also purchase stock from leading UK retailers which they are not able to sell through their normal channels, this stock is made up of marked boxes, creased boxes, items missing their original packaging which occurs through their warehouses which we are then able to discount accordingly.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase if returned in the same condition it was originally received unused and unopened packaging. Buyer is responsible for costs of return postage. We will only pay return postage if the item is defective. Due to hygiene we are unable to accept returns on any used cosmetics
We aim to ship the next working day from receipt of payment using Royal Mail 2nd class service, we offer a next day delivery service before 1pm at an additional cost please select this service at the time of checkout if required. Please note orders placed on a Friday will usually not be processed until the following Monday except in peak times. Any lost items, we will report directly to Royal Mail after 10 working days from the dispatch date, providing them with the delivery address which we will ask you to confirm first.
Royal Mail will then contact you directly, you must return and sign the simple declaration form in a pre paid envelope which they will provide, once they have confirmed this has been received we will then issue a full refund or replacement. International Postage & Delivery, next working day dispatch via Royal Mail 1st Class tracked, we can also combine postage if you require more than one item, please contact us for more details.
