This is a lapel pin for the Southwest Asia / Persian Gulf Medal ribbon.
It is maker marked: L.I.G.I. (Lordship Industries)
It measures 5/8" wide x 1/8" and has a single post on the back.
Wear it on your hat, your lapel,or use it in a small shadow box.
