Memory Notes

1. Motherboard 375-3228 is without Memory or UltraSPARC IIIi.
2. F375-3261 includes Assembly 375-3228, US IIIi, and Heatsink w/o Fan 370-7784.
3. F375-3227 includes Assembly 375-3228, US IIIi, and Fan/Heatsink 370-7016 or 370-7786.
4. FRUs F375-3261 and F375-3227 include Fan/Heatsink removal tool 345-1439.
5. Remove the Fan from the Heatsink prior to System Board installation.
   
6. Motherboard replacement requires a 3/16 Hex driver, #2 Phillips driver, and a Minus driver with a maximum thickness of 0.660 mm (0.026").
