Function:
Laser welding
1) Wobble welding controls for 8 mm of additional weld width.
2) Fast welding speed, the filler will push the handle while welding, up to 4 times faster than traditional handheld welding processes(tig mig )
3) Easy operating do not require any training, new users to produce high-quality welds in just a few hours.
4) Laser welding can weld aluminum and other metal materials, and provides higher-quality, consistent results across a wider range of materials and thicknesses than MIG or TIG with minimal distortion, deformation, undercut or burn-through.
Laser cleaning
1) 360° Non-Contact laser cleaning. Quickly remove rusty parts.
2) Under cleaning model, up to 30mm cleaning scan widths.
3) No chemical reagents are required, making it environmentally friendly. Laser cleaning leaves minimal marks and has a wide range of applicability.
4) The F150 lens is the default. There is also an optional special-design cleaning nozzle head for the F800 cleaning lens, with a cleaning width of 120 mm, which offers higher efficiency.
Laser cutting
1) Can cut aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and other types of metals.
2) Disconnect from the wire feeder and select a swing width of 0.1mm in welding mode to start cutting.
3) Cutting thickness up to 3mm.
Weld cleaning
1) Up to 8 mm of adjustable cleaning width in one pass.
