Even though its youth its fits perfectly on my medium sized adult head the only thing is that it sits on the shorter side than an adult cap meaning an adult hat will sit just on or right near the ears but youth caps will sit half way down on the head to the ears but an adult can wear it as it has a large adjustable strap just be aware it is designed for youth fit though.
