Returns
For new items, please enclose original invoice and follow one of the following procedures -:
Please first of all notify us if you intend to return an item.
If you have tried fitting the part and or damaged the packaging or item in any way a return will not be authorised.
The item must be in an unused brand new state.
Unwanted or unsuitable goods:
Returns of unwanted goods are accepted in new & unused condition, for 30 days after receipt.
You will be entitled to a refund, however the cost of shipping the item to you in the first place will not be reimbursed.
The customer must also cover the cost of the return postage for unwanted goods.
We can not accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit and so we recommend that you use recorded delivery or an otherwise insured method of return and obtain proof of dispatch from the carrier.
NB: please ensure the parcel is insured to cover the complete cost of the item, in the event of the courier losing your return.
Faulty or Damaged Goods:
Returns of faulty or damaged goods are accepted, the item will be inspected upon receipt and if fault is not due to misuse a refund will be issued.
Due to the size and nature of the product it is the customers responsibility to arrange carriage of the faulty product back to us.
This leaves arrangement of return at the customers convenience
If goods are deemed faulty or damaged both original carriage charge and return carriage charge will be refunded.
Return carriage charge will only be refunded up to the value of the original carriage charge.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit and so we recommend that you use recorded delivery or an otherwise insured method of return and obtain proof of dispatch from the carrier.
Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed.
