BUST

With arms relaxed at your side, standing up straight, measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.

WAIST

The natural waist is between your bottom rib and hip bone. With arms relaxed and standing up straight measure parallel around the body at this identified area.

HIP

With arms relaxed at your side, standing up straight, measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.

Tips for taking the best measurements possible!

Make sure you are in your underwear. The best way to get an accurate body measurements is to use a flexible tape measure, keeping the tape taut but not stretched.

Don't forget to stand up straight with your feet six inches apart. Measuring yourself might prove difficult, so if need be, phone in that favor your friend owes you for helping them move.
