This record is NEW, STILL SEALED and in MINT condition - a fun one from Waylon! This LP was released in 1984 on the RCA label. The jacket is in excellent condition (as visible on the photos of actual product). There is a CUT OUT - as done by the manufacturer at the time of discontinuing the product - it has no effect on the playability of the vinyl.
