- WARRANTY POLICY
- This
unit comes with our standard 30-Day Parts Warranty, effective from the
day of delivery. In case any parts encounter an issue within the
warranty period, AngelToner will assess whether:
(a) to remedy the defect free of charge, covering parts and labor through repair.
(b) to replace the product with an equivalent or similar product.
Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:- Consumables such as toner cartridges, drum units, and fuser kit.
- THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS: Damaged due to unauthorized repairs, exceptional loading or mishandling, modifications and improper assembly.
- Failure to comply with safety instructions or operating instructions, Acts of God, accidents, or other effects caused by high voltage or current.
- SHIPPING INFORMATION
- UPS Ground
- Small items weighing 70 lbs. or less, we ship via UPS Ground. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.
- LTL Freight Curbside Delivery
- Heavy
and/or oversize items will be shipped by Commercial Freight with
Standard Curbside Delivery Service. If you do not have a loading dock
and require lift gate service and inside delivery, please contact us
for a quote. These additional services are not included in the standard
shipping charge.
- We will contact you to confirm your shipping details before we book your shipment. Prior to delivery, the carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery. Someone must be present on the day of the delivery and sign the proof of delivery. If you do not request these services, you will be responsible for taking the shipment off the delivery truck and inside your facility. AngelToner is not responsible for any damage incurred by the customer taking their shipment off the truck themselves.
- Local Pick-up
- Warehouse pickup is also available by schedule. We will prepare your order and notify the pick-up day & time via phone call or eBay message once everything is ready.
- RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

- Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Safely pack the unit in its original packaging, ensuring it is in its original condition with all accessories included.
- Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees and any associated costs.
- Upon
receiving the return, our technicians will inspect it. Once approved,
we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe.
- The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Our refund policy takes into account the condition of the returned item. Please note that not all returns are eligible for a full refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the following criteria:

- Incomplete Returns: If the returned item is missing parts, accessories, or packaging components, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
- Damaged or Altered Items: Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, the refund amount will be based on the extent of the damage or alteration.
