This listing is for a Shein branded Midi dress with Puffy sleeves, a Shirred Bodice,  Textured material and square neckline.  It is also a Size small and doubled layered from the waist down.

1)  Chest (Pit to Pit) - 12.75"

2)  Neck to Empire waist - 8"

3)  Neckline to Bottom Hem - 30"

4)  Empire Waist to Bottom Hem - 22"

5)  Empire Waist Circumference - 24"

This dress is in good pre-owned condition with no obvious signs of  previous use.
