Fun print, no stretch. No holes, stains, fraying, or pilling, but it is MISSING TWO BUTTONS. The price has been lowered to reflect this. They are specialty fabric covered buttons that could not easily be replaced with identical buttons. The photo with the pens show which buttons are missing. The tie front can be untied and adjusted for tightness, but it is not removable. I am not the first owner and do not know exactly how old this is, but the tag and style suggest 90s. I am also not sure what size a kids medium is, but the measurements are shown in the photos. From a nonsmoking home with 2 dogs.
