POSTAGE INFO

 All our cards are posted in board backed envelopes.

Small orders of 3 or less will be posted 2^nd class unless you have opted to pay to upgrade to 1^st class.

If you have bought 4 or more cards and paid together, I will send them out RM24 / 1^st class at no extra charge.

If I notice any orders going to the same name and address, I will post them out together to save on unnecessary packaging.

All orders are sent out using Royal mail their aim is to deliver 1^st class the next working day and 2^nd class in 2 to 3 days, but they do not guarantee any postage times on these services and items are not classed as missing or undelivered until 10 working days after the expected delivery date. PLEASE NOTE The estimated delivery times on the order are added by eBay and we have no control over them and are only an estimate not a guarantee.  Please make sure you leave enough time for your order to be delivered. (We recommend buying at least 2 weeks before an item is needed to be on the safe side.

Overseas postage times vary vastly and although we do offer to post overseas, I cannot make any guarantees about delivery times. (overseas postage is we Use Business priority Airmail)

We normally post everyday Monday to Saturday but there is the odd occasion where this is not possible.

Please help us to provide the best service possible by ensuring that your delivery address & postcode are correct.

WHAT IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE

If your order has not been received, please give it as long as you can, if possible 14 days from purchasing, then contact me confirming the delivery address and I will respond promptly either by resending or refunding and I will follow it up with Royal mail.
