This is a piece of ephemera/memorabilia from the Miami Beach estate of Joy van Wye Alschuler Malakoff (1936-2023). After a career in banking she served as a Miami Beach City Commissioner from 2013-2017 and again in 2019. 

THIS is her copy of an original photo taken with Jeb Bush and another unknown politician. It appears to be around the time Jeb was running for governor of Florida (1998) or soon after his election. He signs in black Sharpie "To Joy Alschuler, Regards Jeb Bush". The other politician signs "To Joy, Thanks for your support, J.....". (If you can ID the other guy, please message me.)     

 

 

Significant flaws not depicted in the photos are described here-with, minor flaws and normal wear are not. Unless the item is described as new, assume there will be minor flaws or wear commensurate with a used item of given age.

If Free Shipping is offered it will be by the cheapest method possible, for books that will be Media Mail. If Buyer is at all concerned about the time it takes for delivery, please consider the option of paying extra for Priority Mail.
