The item is brand new in the box comes with what you see in picture. I do not know much about it and there are no directions in the box each box comes with a scratched off price tag as seen in pictures.  boxes are in good shape some might have minor damage if you are concerned or have any questions please ask any and all questions before you purchase. These are being sold as a more collectible in nostalgic item. Not sure how they work or if they are 100% working because I have not tried them out.. but they are brand new never used.
