The Winco MMPR-6W Round Melamine Plate is a 6.5-inch plate in a classic white color, designed for medium-duty use. It is break-resistant and built to withstand the demands of fast-paced foodservice environments. The plate is ideal for salad bars and buffets due to its excellent cold insulation properties, and it stays cool to the touch, even when serving hot entrees, preventing burns. The plate is heat resistant up to 212°F (100°C), making it suitable for serving warm foods. It is dishwasher safe and NSF listed for safety and quality. However, it is not suitable for microwave or oven use. For optimal cleanliness, items that come into contact with food should be washed before first use.
