Pages are soiled, yellowed, rippling of some pages, and some pages are stuck together, but can be peeled apart gently without tearing them. The cover's binding is taped with silver tape, cover has creased, and folds. There are no creased pages and no writing. Book has been packed away in a climate controlled and smoke free garage shop, for a number of years. Measures approx. 10 3/8" x 7.5" x 3/8" and contains 152 pages.
