I suspect this book has rarely left the shelf - you will not fading to the spine and the top of the front board.  Boards with fading as described otherwise with minimal wear; spine faded as described, binding tight.  Owner's name to the fixed FEP as shown in the photos, otherwise the text is unmarked.
