This beautiful, handmade, and signed crock / bowl is from Brown's Pottery of Arden, NC, just outside of Asheville in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This is a heavy, substantial piece of pottery, that has a great retro or vintage vibe (date of production unknown). This crock has a tricolor drip glaze pattern in earthy shades of spring green, chestnut, and dark chocolate, and it has a high gloss luster that reflects the light and shines. The bowl has handles and a 6" opening. This is a versatile piece that can be used for anything from holding keys and bits and bobs by the front door to serving your favorite dip at a party with loved ones.

Subtle crazing is visible on the lighter green glaze, but no crazing is apparent on the shades of brown. Otherwise, this bowl is in excellent condition with no flaws or defects.
