I know nothing about paintings,I think its watercolour as its a blurry scene but could equally be oil i'm not 100% - this is part of my mothers estate, if someone can tell me the artist i'd appreciate it - until then i list it at a silly price and wait for info or offers ! 50x40cm......will provide more photos to any interested partie.
