This is a piece of Datolite that was found in Lake Superior by SCUBA divers or found on the shoreline when the water receded. This type of Datolite is more smooth than typical and is usually white or clear. It is from the Keweenaw Peninsula of Michigan. It is approximately 3" x 1-15/16" x 1/2".
