In very good condition - noted scuffs, inner edge tanning and  a half inch tear to the dust cover as pointed out plus some bumping of the spine edges.  No other issues.   Pages clean and tight with NO marks (other than autogragh), highlighting, smudges, stains, torn pages, creases, dog ears, mold nor water damage. 

Measures about 9.7" by 7.75" by .85" thick.  160 pages with black and white photos.
