Heavy brass ships wheel wall hanging (or massive paperweight), by Ditta Salvatore, Palermo, Italy - manufacturer of architectural and structural metal items.  Company's name, location and phone number in raised letters around the front of the wheel.  Back side unfinished.

Measures about 13.5" in diameter, 1" thick and weighs 6 lb 3.4 oz.  As found, unpolished, lightly oxidized in spots.  No cracks, chips nor warping.
