Bulletin has been staple-bound into a pressboard binder. The cover and outer pages are rumpled and have library trappings, but the text is in good reading condition. Noted one page with small tear on top edge, not affecting text. The owner evidently had a stamp with his name in cursive, and deemed it necessary to use it in several places. It made a light impression and does not interfere with readability. 73 pages. Binder dimensions are 9.5 inches x 6.5 inches.
