The striking proportions of the prototype were perfectly transferred to scale into the model. The detailed engraved bogies, individually attached sandboxes, free-standing handles and delicate current collectors are evidence of modern tool making and manufacturing techniques.
The powerful mid-engine with its two finely balanced flywheels ensures excellent driving characteristics and traction performance, which is NOCH supported by two diagonally arranged traction tires.
Ex works, the model has maintenance-free LED lighting with light changes depending on the direction of travel, as well as a matching PIKO sound decoder, which enables NOCH more prototypical operation on the model railway system.
