The magnetic base consists of a 1" diameter rubber ball vulcanized onto a flat 2.5" diameter base with 3 rare earth magnets that hold firm to ferrous metals. Simply put it near the mounting surface and feel it almost jump out of your hand. The adapter that conceals the magnets is made of durable composite to prevent scratching the mounting surface.

The mount is designed with a RAM 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm.

The multiple pivot points allow almost unlimited adjustment.
