Payment
- Payment must be received within 4 calendar days of an item's end date, or your order may be cancelled without notice per eBay's Unpaid Item Policy.
- Orders must be paid for through eBay prior to pick up. Payment will not be accepted at the pickup location for any reason.

- Our eBay Customer Service Operation runs Monday to Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Messages, calls, and voicemails will be responded to in the order that they are received.
- If your message is sent outside of our service hours (10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. EST) on Weekdays, Weekends, or Holidays we will respond to you within 24 hours on the next Business Day of Operation.
Returns
- To initiate a return on a ?New? or ?Used? item, you must submit an inquiry (eBay Message), provide a photo of the issue, and go through a troubleshooting process with our Customer Service team.
- We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds of any kind for ?For Parts? items.

Local Pickup

- Cancelation Requests WILL BE DENIED For Pick Up Requests.
Shipping Pickup
- We ship using FedEx for Domestic (U.S.) Orders. International Orders are processed through the eBay Global Shipping Program.
- Please allow UP TO THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS for your item to leave our facility after payment has cleared.
- A Business Day is defined as the days of the week between Monday and Friday and EXCLUDES the days of Saturday and Sunday.
- A Business Day EXCLUDES any Federal (United States) Recognized Holidays (Examples: Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, etc.)
- For example, an item purchased on Friday may take up until the following Wednesday to ship out.
- We strive to answer all inquiries, however inquiries regarding "Why hasn't ___ shipped?" that are not labeled as Overdue (meaning items that have exceeded the "within three business days? expectation set on each order) will not be prioritized.
- We do not offer Priority/Next-Day/Urgent/etc. Shipping. All orders ship within three business days in the order that they were paid for.
- Tracking Number(s) will be updated in eBay once items have shipped.
- We ONLY ship internationally through the eBay Global Shipping Program. We DO NOT accept third party shipping labels.
- We offer combined shipping on Auction Items upon request prior to payment - NOT ON BUY IT NOW ITEMS.
- Combined shipping is NOT offered on Buy It Now items.
- We do not ship to APOs or P.O. Boxes. A full physical address is required for shipment. No exceptions will be made. Failure to comply may result in your order being cancelled if a valid address is not provided.
