CLEANING & MAINTENANCE:

1. CAUTION: allow product to cool before washing

2. Wash aluminum products with warm water, mild soap and a soft, non-abrasive sponge

3. After washing, immediately and completely dry with a cloth/paper towel to prevent limescale from forming

4. To remove cooked-on food residue, boil in water with vinegar for 4 to 5 minutes to loosen, then follow steps 1-3 to wash, rinse & dry.

Returns & Damaged Items

Please note that the shipping carrier that delivers merchandise to your door is responsible for losses and damages. Acceptance of the shipment by the transportation company is acknowledgement that the articles delivered (or picked up) by them were in good condition and properly packed. Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect for any shortage or damage and note the nature and extent of the shortage or damage on the freight bill. If concealed damage or noted damage has occurred, save the shipping cartons and packaging.
