Chlorophyll Meter Leaf Chlorophyll Meter with Range 0-99.9SPAD Test Area 2mm*2mm

Introduction:

1. Chlorophyll plays a crucial role in the photosynthesis of plants. Its content is an important indicator of plant nutrition stress, photosynthetic capacity, and growth conditions. Chlorophyll content measurement can be used to monitor the growth and development conditions of plants, thereby making scientific guidance of cultivation, fertilization and management, ensuring the good growth vigor.

2. The chlorophyll meter is able to measure the relative content of chlorophyll in plant leaves (unit SPAD) or “greenness”, thereby learning plants’ actual demands on nitryl and helping the user identify the shortage of nitryl in soil.

Working Principle:

1. The working principle of chlorophyll analyzer

Two LED light sources emit two kinds of light, one is red light (650nm) and the other is infrared light (940nm). The amplifier is amplified and converted into a digital signal by an analog/digital converter, and the digital signal is processed by the microprocessor to calculate the SPAD value and display it on the LCD screen.

2. Calibration and calculation of the measured value of the chlorophyll analyzer

(1) Calibration and calculation of the measured value of the chlorophyll meter Two LED emit light sequentially, the received light is converted into an electrical signal, and the ratio of the light intensity is used for calculation.

(2) After the indenter clamps the sample, the two LED emit light again, the light transmitted through the blade hits the receiver, is converted into an electrical signal, and the intensity ratio of the transmitted light is calculated.

(3) The values in steps 1 and 2 are used to calculate the SPAD measurement value, which means the current relative chlorophyll content of the clamped sample leaves.
