Fireball Island, the Curse of Vul-Kar, with the Last Adventurer Kickstarter expansion. It also comes with the marbles that were exclusive to Kickstarter. I am the original owner of the game, and everything is 100% complete and comes from a smoke free home. 

The game board, if I recall, is ever so slightly warped at one corner and doesn't rest completely flat on the table. To remedy this while playing, I think I just put a little dish or magnet on that corner to hold it down. Otherwise, everything is in great shape and has been used only a few times.
