Shipment

We will send the items within 24 hours once your payment is completed, and provide tracking number for each order. We highly recommend the non-USA buyers choose Standard Shipping which costs more but delivery time faster than Economy Shipping. 

Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may takes up to 30 business days. If you don`t receive your items after 30 business days, please contact us and we will figure out a satisfactory solution. Please do not leave us a negative feedback before any communication between us.

The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

Returns Policy

We will refund you if you return the items within 14 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions.

If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.

The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
