New – Open box: An item in perfect, like brand new condition with no defects. 13mm GBC Spines in White, 100 pieces per box.

The box says they are white. I have four boxes available with each tagged as 'White' Please look at the color in the photos. They are not a bright white color. I would say they are a bit off white.
