Aperture and focus ring rotates smoothly.

There is dust, dirt and several air bubbles inside.
Inner protective cover is broken.
Minor abrasions are possible during decades of use.

Infinity focus on this lens works fine when used on an analog film camera. If you intend to use it on a digital camera via an adapter, in most cases it should still work, however, there may be exceptions that are strictly dependent on the digital camera you are using and/or the adapter used to mount the lens. It is your responsibility to investigate this issue yourself before making a purchase, as any complaints regarding infinity focus will not be accepted.
