Here we have a stunning custom SKX007 modded  NH36A- OEM dial



Here are some specifications:

Movement :  - high accuracy Seiko 24 Jewells NH36A Automatic Movement
                     - hacking complication
                     - black day/date wheel (black wheels upgrade)

Movement quick set functions after the crown is unscrewed:

                                    - rotate clockwise (without pulling outwards) and you will hand wind the movement
                                    - pull at first position and rotate anti-clockwise (towards you) and the date changes
                                    - pull at second position to set the time
                                    - after all of the above are done, push the crown back in and screw down the crown all the way


Case description:


-Material: - high quality matte black PVD 316L stainless steel matte finish


-Drilled lugs are holes at the lugs drilled through the watch case itself that allows the release of the spring bars by poking a sharp tool through them, allowing for easy changeout of straps.

   Fantastic and eye catching custom SKX007 which features an original Seiko NH36A automatic movement with the black day/date upgrade. All parts used in this custom built are new and of high quality. The watch dial is an OEM SRPH55  in brown and black colour with C3 lume at the hour markers . As for the case that keeps safe this fantastic movement, is a 316L stainless steel black PVD in matte finish case SKX007 style with drilled lugs for easy access to the spring bars, for the hands I opted for the matte black mercedes style hands with C3 lume. Matte black chapter ring with stealth minute indicators.

  Double-domed no bevel edge sapphire crystal was used with clear AR coating which ensures that your watch dial is visible at any angle with no distortion. It also has the added benefit of looking really, really cool. Stainless steel black PVD matte finish Knurled bezel with crisp 120 clicks for a full rotation, ceramic bezel insert GMT style RootBeer 2 tone black and brown . To go along with the watch a knurled crown was used in glossy black and engraved S and perfect grip. As for the caseback, a slim exhibition style was used so the movement is visible, who doesn't like to see the self winder wheel rotate, and it's just super cool, screw down style. To keep it on the wrist a black 22mm Vulcanized Rubber with stainless steel buckle was used with fat spring bars to secure it in place.

   The NH36A movement has been tested on the timegrapher with accurate time keeping, and of course the date functionality was checked for accurate date change. All of these features have been checked again at the photo shoot. It is factory settings and regulated so expect a -20 to +40 seconds per day. A cool feature about this movement is that it has the hacking complication, which means that you can stop the second hand when you pull the crown to the last position, so this means the watch can be set, down to the second. Another cool feature about the movement is that comparing to its older brother the 7S26, the NH36A has manual winding on top of the self winder.


   Absolutely Stunning!!! You won't find one quite like this one. It's been built with the utmost attention to details and all parts used in this custom watch are new and of high quality to create this time piece worthy of any collection. Keep in mind that is not a factory watch but a recreation of my own, genuine and aftermarket parts were used to bring to life this stunning watch.

 Three things to avoid doing with your watch:

 

1.         Letting it sit idle :

 

This stops the watch calibre from operating as it is normally powered by your movement from day to day wear, causing the oils and lubricants to pool on one spot. But don?t worry if you don?t wear your watch on a daily basis as there are automatic watch winders available on the market that will spin your watch to keep it wound during the period of their storage.

 

2.         Adjusting the date wrong:

 

At the wrong time of day. Doing it between 9pm and 3am can damage the date change mechanism and cause the date wheel to misalign on the date window of your dial. The recommended time to do it would be between 5am and 5pm.

3. Wearing and winding:

 

It can cause overwinding, or pull out the crown and damage the watch movement. Winding the crown at an angle can also put unwanted stress on some parts so it is recommended to remove the watch from your wrist and pull out the crown at the correct angle before making adjustments
