The item is estimated to be in VG condition due to spine bends, creasing on the covers, tearing at staples, spine split up from bottom about 1.5” which also affects most interior pages, small tears along spine that are visible on back cover, bottom and top corners along spine on back cover torn, a small tear along bottom of back cover, and fading/discoloration on covers.
