Aluminum upper mounts, lock seats and brackets (some parts) are adopted. High strength and light weight are achieved at the same time.
φ44 large-diameter piston, unique to mono-tube design, suppresses delay in damping force. This provides supple driving comfort and reliable tracking performance. (Excluding some models)
Forged aluminum upper mount
Forged aluminum upper mount
Forged aluminum upper mounts are used for both high rigidity and light weight.
Camber-adjustable pillow-ball upper mounts are used for the front strut type,
This provides a direct steering feel and control.
Reinforced rubber upper mounts are used on all models except the front strut type and all rear models.
This reduces unpleasant noise when driving. (Excluding some models)
Some front strut type vehicles also have reinforced rubber mounts.
32-level Damping Force Adjustment Mechanism
32-level damping force adjustment function is adopted for both front and rear.
Special needle valve enables firm damping force adjustment.
It is possible to balance driving performance and ride comfort at a higher dimension according to your preference.
Easy adjustment with the adjustment dial on the upper part of the upper mount, but due to its structure, it is not possible to adjust the damping force with the tire

Dust Boots & Bump Rubbers

High-strength cylinder case
Forged aluminum seat
High-strength STKM13C material is used for the cylinder case. Black chrome plating improves corrosion resistance.
The spring seat and lock seat are also made of forged aluminum. High strength, high durability, and light weight are realized.
Aluminum Brackets
Wishbone type brackets are made of machined aluminum to reduce unsprung weight.
Black anodizing and special coating improve corrosion resistance.
High Rigidity Dedicated Bracket
Special brackets for each car model are coated with a special coating to achieve high rigidity and strength.
Brackets for fixing brake hoses and ABS lines are provided as standard equipment for each car model, allowing bolt-on installation.
