• Shipping & Packaging: All our delivery is Free via Royal Mail. Delivery time is 3-5 working days. We despatch all orders within 24hrs if ordered between Monday to Friday. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday
  
  
• Returns & Refunds: If you are not happy with your order, simply send any unwanted item(s) back to our store with a brief explanation as to why you are retuning it and include your name, address, phone number and order number.
  
  We will process all refunds within 7 business days of receipt. Please send only via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as it includes a Delivery Confirmation. We cannot be responsible for packages that has been lost or damaged.
