Orders & Delivery information
1. Before placing order please see our delivery map and ensure you are in our operations area.
2. When placing an order please ensure you provide us with all information's needed - full home address and phone number.
3. You can cancel your order any time, however if the item is already out for delivery we reserve the right to deduct £50 delivery charge from buying price.
4. Customer must be present when delivery taking place however if you wont be able take a delivery but still want us to leave your item with a neighbour or in a safe place (garage, porch etc..) you must inform us via text message on eBay or on a mobile saying that you authorize us to do so.
5. Delivery information (date, 4 hours time slot and a tracking link) will be provided 24-48 hours before delivery. If you agree to the date and time slot and you are not present at the address / there is no one else to take a delivery we reserve the right to apply £50 redelivery charge.
6. If you have purchased a wardrobe with a mirror, inspection will be carried out by our delivery drivers to ensure there is no cracks or damages to the glass.
7. Make sure that entrance/hall/corridor/walls are clear and free of any obsctruction. Our experienced delivery drivers are always extra carefull however if any unexpected damage will occur due to lack of space Eluks Group LTD will not take any responsibility.
Returns
Buyer protection applies - standard 30 days return policy. However the item must be returned in original packaging unassembled in reasonable condition. We can not accept a return if:
1. Item is built incorrectly and due to that develops some errors.
2. If you build item with damaged parts. (You must inform us within 24 hours of a receiving goods about any concerns & damaged panels. We will replace any damaged panel free of charge.)
3. If any of modifications has been made.
4. Item is already built or partially assembled and you change your mind (applies only to wardrobes)
